I just got a RCA Lyra hard disk-based Mp3 player. I need to know if the software that comes with it is accessible; I don't think it is. This is not what I wanted for my birthday and I'm probably not going to use it, but I need to know if the player and the software are accessible.
I've no clue ... but where'd you get the player, just wondering? Like ... what company?
the player won't be, but putting the mp3's on is fine, it just goes in, using a usb port, and you can just copy and paste.
happy birthday!
I'm probably going to sell it.
if you raly want a mp3 player. there is no reason to seel it. My bf has one and he uses it just fine. He really likes it. You just have to figure out what button is play and so forth. lol! You will have to do that with any other player. Smile- angel
Most of these players will be seen as another drive letter in windows, just plug the USB cable in to the unit, connect it to your computer, and presto! you can then just put files on it as you would another harddrive.
if you want an accessible player, use the book curier from springer design, that's a text reader plus accesible mp3player.
The only time you would need to install anything from the cd that comes with your player is if you're wanting to use it on a win98 machine. That's the only time you would need the cd, because as you know, windows 98 doesn't have alot in the way of drivers.
